Relapsed on smoking

I swallowed too many blackpills today and had to light up a cig. Fuarrrrk. I gave up smoking for almost 1 month and now all the hard work for absolute nothing.

Fuck me. Anyone successfuly quitted smoking? Please give tips to cope and not go down the doomer route

I didnt quit smoking because i never smoked.

My only worry is worsening my looks because of cigarettes...thats why i quitted. But fuck its so fucking difficult.

It seems smoking is your way of coping from cortisol / stress.

Replace it with something else and stop consuming blackpill, it s useless.

Quit bp youtube channels and limit your time on here.

Just know looks matter in the back of your mind and that s enough.

Same thing happened to @forevergymcelling, you swallow too many blackpills from social media and slayer stories and you have to cope with whatever. And he is a Chadlite, imagine being a sub-chadlite and seeing womens nature on full display on social media...its so fucking brutal. But i will try to find other ways to cope. Maybe giving the gym another shot. Its cope but at least you'll be healthy

smoke has some mild health benefits

taper off and smoke cigarellos/cigars sparingly, they aren't addictive

throw all tobacco, lighters and rolling equipment out
