The simple answer is that the God of the bible doesn’t “love” all people, whatever that means. He clearly picked Abraham and his descendants over everybody else, he even ordered the Israelites to genocide the Amlekites.

there is no eternal torture nor obedience, we are not under the law anymore for one. We are under grace and now we can be disobedient and be forgiven but we choose to stop our sinful nature. This isnt really obedience but rather a relationship with Him. And eternal torture is not in the bible, sinners will perish.

free will doesnt mean what you think it does but I can give you an example in your framework. You have the free will to murder and on earth that will get you sent to jail. Is that unjust? The state could have chopped off your arms and pegs when you were born to stop that free choice from happening.
