Def upping potassium, natural diuretics and carbs im 50/50 on.
I just ordered some cream of tartar (insanely high in potassium) so hopefully that helps.
The only carbs i consume now are

Sourdough bread, whole wheat bread, bananas, 100% pure peanut butter, 95% dark chocolate (the very bitter kind) and some brazil nuts and hummus.
