how much height gain can i expect from partial opened growth plates from

Doubt you’ll reach 175cm. No one can tell you how tall you’ll end up. 8IU GH and AI at 15 I just wouldn’t bother doing. It’s already too late to bother and nuking your E2 for a cm isn’t going to do you any good in the long run.
