Remaster of the forum. (Permit System, Rep System and Awards)

Now I have expressed my dislike for the mods and how they manage the forum. So here is a few tweaks I would bring.
-A new set of mods.
-A new Permit System.
-A revamp of the Rep System.
-A new form of awards for users.

Permit System.
The Permit System is quite telling with the name. When you are new to the forum, there are five tiers of permits. There is the first tier which is unlocked at 1000 posts and a Rep of 700. This would allow you send images in off topic besides just only in Rating. The second tier would allow you to talk with people in pms, create more than one thread a day too. The third tier would allow you to create suggestions, polls and custom sigs. Then the fourth one would be the limitless one, you can go into other threads that are hidden to your own tier (if you wish to limit it) and would mean you are a trustable and well recieved user of the forum. The fifth one is just VIP, you get it through VIP. THIS ALSO WOULD STOP GRIGGER TROLL ACCOUNTS SPAMMING GAY PORN IN EVERY THREAD.

The New Rep System.

Imagine posts but with an upvote and downvote system, it would make people be able to express their agreement or disagreement over a topic or thread. These upvotes would be added to your third score beneath reps, that is your second way of measuring how well recieved you are. Considering it would be hard to repfarm upvotes as you cannot spam threads until you are a higher tier.

Awards.

This can be as simple as new looks for ones profiles or visible badges, it would show who actually treats the whole forum well and likes to keep the place in a decent state. This can be given to blackpill youtubers, people who always make good threads, or for just doing something nice for the forum.

One last thing.

For the people who are disgraced here, remove their username and replace it with humanimal#0000 It will shun and alienate them, revoke their rights from getting to post any images, have an avi or anything. If they wish to have their rights back, then they must earn it. An in general new credit system should make people behave without being too restrictive. This system is for the users by the users.

The downvotes part will bring more bad than good. It's already clear who is hated here (which was the purpose of downvotes?) + downvotes will make it like Reddit, users will post less polarising content or the same content for reps and you slowly erode the forum's nature because there will be a lack of discourse.

i hope some of this stuff happens, a up and downvote system would be nice, but only if it doesn't show until you vote on the post so you aren't influenced on the opinions of others. Other forums in on use that.
