Anyways new bidelt/wiast/hips are

19” bidelt (up 2” since last time trying to measure due to different technique)

31” waist (up 1”, probably because it’s night)

34.5” hips (up 0.5” also probably because it’s night)

Looking at myself in shit lighting at night on a high calorie day is hard but wtv im not a fruad


I have high hopes. Hopefully a 23”+ bidelt at the end of the next 30 weeks (obviously 25” is ideal but that’s not happening) also a 28” waist would be nice if I got leaner, not expecting any smaller hips since that’s just bone.

Muscle wise goal is to have definition and leaness, my chest, back, and legs are my best muscle groups right now so I need that core / arm / shoulder growth

Also getting a stadiometer to see if I have any spinal growth due to anavar (and 6.25mg aromasin considering ED or EOD idk yet)
