I am starting to feel old TBH. People that say 'age is just a number' are just morons that have probably never been at a very high level of physical fitness, and they think being able to walk a mile at 3.5 mph is impressive. I have very few actual peers. It is shocking to me how old some people look at 65, I don't look anything like 90% of them. I can still run a mile in 6:10, do 50+ pushups, do 16+ pullups, and deadlift twice my body weight, but recovering from a workout is crushing now, I have to sleep 9 hours a day. I may have to give up alcohol, not that I drink that much, but for each drink I have to sleep an additional 2 hours. Even playing golf is exhausting now.

I have stopped dying my hair. Turns out it is natually like 60% grey now, I would have guessed 30%.

The problem is the grey is not evenly dispersed, pure white on the side, light brown on top, I mix in a root coloring powder daily to get it to like 20% grey, only takes about 1.5 minutes/day. Looks more natural with some grey tones. At 20% grey I probably look 53.

That's incredible, I aspire to be that healthy at 65.
