No, you need to objectively become good looking to become a 99+ likes Tinder man or dating app guy.
Simply improving on your past self isn't enough. Especially if women just don't like the new you physically either.
You need to go way past self-improvement into researching what appeals to other people (women particularly if you are straight).
(Hint: It's face and facial features, this forum has laid out all the features that appeal to women when in good harmony, hair also matters a lot, body matters but not nearly as much as those two)
