I've never seen anyone who was under 70kg at 6'4 who wasn't skeleton tier, how do you have fat on your arms at those stats

70kg is already skinny for an avg height man. at 6'4 its a fucking skeleton
its a 5'4 womans weight not a 6'4 persons weight
