Remember to look at photos you're tagged in.

Don't just look at photos you've taken yourself or have chosen yourself because you obviously will try get the best angle, lighting, filters etc. Look at photos you're a part of that you haven't chosen yourself. Look at your flaws in them cause that's how people actually see you. This is the best way to determine what you need to change.

Very true, great point. Motion is also a big factor.
