I dont wear a mustache but I shave about every third day and my hair grows crazy fast, and always right after shaving I notice my philtrum looks longer than with the stubble.

Yeah bro definitely. My philtrum isnt even bad and I noticed it, so if you have a naturally long one its OVER without a mustache
