Having fear sucks, especially social anxiety. People just watch too much fear propaganda from the government, which makes them angry etc. easy to flip out.

I strongly recommend getting a job where you are a waiter or some shit so you get used to talking to people you hate talking to, with time you will get much better at it become more NT and it will help you slay and make freinds or make small talk anywhere you go
