In order for them to look authentic,,,

You need custom lateral orbital rim support,,that extends into the saddled portion of the inferior orbital margin

You cannot put a generic piece of silicone there or get filler there after,,,

Otherwise it’s gonna look inauthentic or it’s gonna look solid but if someone looks closely they can tell you’ve been worked on bc of the discrepancy of volume in your eye area…

You won’t wanna be self conscious for life, but custom implants like this don’t usually INCLUDE this area covered..

Needs to be requested ,,we are in charge of ourselves and our results and we are the canvas..

The less you leave in the doctors hands the better

Not recognizing that he was already a HTN at minimum..

Someone like Sean o pry could get 1 drop of filler in each undereye just to qualify as “looksmaxxing”

And someone could max out from psl 2 to chad with 10 different procedures ..

When the difference in transformation and intervention is way better on the side of the person who had a bigger transformation…

The only thing u judge is who’s better looking…when in reality those factors have nothing to do with the results themselves

That’s why he came up with it originally..now it’s common practice

Most people need their whole face moved forward..a small intertribal rim implant especially if it doesn’t stretch across the whole zygoma isn’t gonna do shit for most of these incels..

The saddle is completely ridiculous because undereye projection can be achieved with infra implants, increasing the infra height makes no impactful difference but does make it more likely to be seen in bad lighting.

Any decent surgeon who cares a little about patient success will recommend just infras + fat grafting after to smooth things out

Trying to simply fix everything at the bone level is a mistake
