If you have shit insertions and height/proportions (like me) gym is cope for aesthetics.

That's why I decided to Focus on strength training over hypertrophy, because I Will never grow big muscles with my shitty genetics.

Bro this gym thing is so recent and the crazy obsession with it is just low iq .

I remember I was 15 and in school and girls used to fawn over my cheekbones and blue eyes some of them even complimented my jaw . And remember at that time I was extremely skinny never lifted a Weight in my life .

What matters is masculine frame at clothes, having V taper and broad shoulders, wide chest at clothes is a huge halo

Most of the time u are dressed, and fill clothes with masc frame is huge sex appeal boost

u cannot have a masculine frame at 5'7". If u are a manlet u are fucked

Obviously insertions matter since u cannot have a big chest if u have a fucked insertion

At that height u need to train smart

Train for slight V taper and being lean, its not ideal situation but dont go massive at that height

Train Shoulders, chest , dont overdo traps and arms

I never train arms and they grow more than chest, while I have a really good bench for my weight. That's how genetics work.
