I don't know if they're natty(they claim to be). But regardless, that's is the amount of muscle mass and looks expected for a guy with good genetics who is close to his "genetic limit" and cut down to 4% body fat. They're about 24 FFMIThey aren’t natty either jfl
For me that would be 4-5%. I store a lot of fat on my faceyou lower your bodyfat till you max out facial gains, then stop so your body is bigger
Not possible at that bf % because their testosterone would be so low and they’d lose all their muscleI don't know if they're natty(they claim to be). Yea but they wear normal normie clothes. I know many gymcels are wearing too small clothes to appear big, but that's my point. If you're wearing special clothes to appear bigger, at that point how much of your looking big can be attributed to bodybuilding and how much you frauding with walking with chest up and small clothes? If we want to objectively compare "bigness" of a bodybuilder to a normie, they need to be compared in normal clothes like normal people are wearingThey look dyel because of the clothes that they're using, not because of their FFMI.

I’d say a broad back and shoulders too.How big you look in a t shirt depends on biceps size and insertion. If someone has 17 inch arms and the long biceps insertion they're going to look like they lift in a t shirt even if the rest of the physique is awful.
plus most of your FFMI depends on shitty muscles like legs that only are important if you're going to have a career in bodybuilding, because outside of it no one cares about useless shit like quads and calves.
