The problem is, by the nature of being on this forum you're very very likely not super-NT. You can definitely be normal and all of that, but you very likely don't stand out as socially likable or funny or whatever it may be in public settings. You likely are more reserved. If you're not noticeably ugly (1/3 on my awesome scale), then you can be completely saved by being NT. I've seen this countless times IRL. Remember, your NTness, which is much more malleable than your looks will help you a lot more, but it's truly so hard to change and not make it feel forced and awkward.

You're right, I used to be insanely NT then 3 years ago became giga autist low self esteem.

It's possible to change looks with money, it's not possible to go back to being NT

I agree being NT is great and helps in almost every aspect of life. Sadly, I'm completely fucked in this aspect. I'm very smart and decent-looking but have a lot of social anxiety and extreme inhibition. This forum could definitely use some guides on how to fix extreme inhibition.

I had therapy today and my therapist said the best/most happy relationships are the ones that follow the blue pill . Like where people look after each other’s need for example run a bath for them before they get home

You can work on your irl.

You can do all the bluepill bullshit - buy her flowers, tell her you love her, open the door. etc., and she can still treat you like dirt, find ridiculous things to complain about, throw shit-test after shit-test at you until you crack and then put all the blame on you, etc...

I think their point was more you gotta prioritise other factors than looks. Find a girl who treats you well and cares for you etc..
