this always gets me when I see people complaining about not seeing much dramatic changes from infra and infrazygo implants.
The purpose of such implants is to fill out maxillary hypoplasia which typically extends down the whole midface, not create angularity out of nothing.
Their main aesthetic effect is creating a better profile maxillary contour as you move from the plane of the eye to the plane of the nose base.
