I spent the weekend drinking and eating like shit so I’d bloated up a good bit. Finally brought out the cheat code again. Monster mash. Grill up a bunch of burgers(I’m doing 2/3 pound burgers bc Costco sells 4/3 ground beef packages bulk and I split them in half) and make a bunch of rice. One cup of rice per burger.
Intermittent fast to the best of your ability. Ephedrine is legit but I haven’t been using it recently. At some point in the afternoon you eat your first meal. Scoop a cup of rice into a bowl and spread it out. Tear up one of the burgers on top. Pour in chicken stock up to the top of the rice. Mix it up. Microwave for 2-3 minutes. Mix in some seasonings. Eat up big fella.
then have it again for a late dinner. Then have a quest bar for dessert bc you’ll need the fiber trust me.
Super filling, good fuel, low calories, tasty, and you’ll drop a good deal of water weight. Just adhere to this as many days per week as you can and you’ll drop weight without feeling like shit. This has been my go to and the only diet I’ve managed to stick to and lose weight.
I dare all you to try it for a week and see how you look before and after. I look like I dropped 5 pounds in two days thanks to the lost water weight. Look shredded again for the first time in a while
