Only if it is hollow to the point of the sulcus being visible and pronounced. Otherwise it is literally the most overrated failo of all, a little uee is not universally suboptimal.

Nope probably one of the most underrated facial features, shape and width of the lips and mouth.

Maybe people don't focus too much on this feature because they know it can't really be fixed. It is depressing to realize that you've been dealt an unfair hand, not once, but twice (suboptimal AND unfixable feature).
Very mild HA filler and a conservative lip lift seem to be the best straight male patients can shoot for. Everything else is either gay or botched.

I measured JB's mouth to nose width ratio at 1.36. So, yeah, on the narrow side, outside the ideal range. But luckily he has full lips, a narrow nose, and compact features, so the narrow mouth doesn't ruin his overall harmony.

He didn't have noticeable supraorbital hollowness when younger and chubbier (like on pic right above). No strong sign of ptosis either ; just regular UEE.

By the way, he's had a hair transplant quite recently. First picture below from 2021 ; second from 2026.
The surgeon did a decent job, although the transplanted hair in the temples doesn't perfectly match the native hair's angles.
