The earlier they meet the better, you couldn't be happy or fulfilled marrying a woman above the age of 24. I think they just have more time to get used to each other's levels of libido too, starting from the beginning is ideal. A lot of muslim women who marry young do it out of actual attraction for the man a good portion of the time. This can't always be guaranteed nowadays as women are getting more promiscuous, fucking up their hormones, or marrying at a way older age.
