There are no easy way to become NT from a spergcel , but the answer is practice , practice , and practice (as normie as it sounded). There are no wonder drugs that can help you come up with a catchy unautistic topic from your prefrontal cortex, it might even make your image worse than you are naturally.

in short , LOW INHIB =/= NT , which means , its useless to be able to talk/act , but dont know what you're talking or doing

I was a detectable sperg a couple years back due to my tonality, pacing, and annunciation of words, it took about 3 years but record yourself saying dialogue, play it back and listen to it comparing to YouTubers who are vlogging and interacting with people, find the discrepancies and adjust it from there, this helps way more then stupid speech therapist who will teach you pre written interactions and tell you to talk to strangers in bathroom ect…. Will save you a lot of embarrassment and flagrant non NT behaviour
