Also LOL at people claiming its healthy. You are putting a tremendous amount of stress on your body for years on end only to get mogged by a zoomer on tren who trains for 3 months. Natty lifters have terrible hormone levels, cortisol is skyhigh. Many natties are overtraining. Cardio is a lot healthier for longevity.

I have been lifting for 10 years, got my bench to 130kg and deadlift to 230kg and I barely look like I lift without a pump DEAD srs.

Especially nowadays the game has changed. If you lift to stand out, you need to roid. Otherwise it should be a hobby and you should aim to be lean and focus on charisma and status. I honestly never got a compliment from foids about my physique, only my face when I got to single digit bf srs

At the end of the day no one cares about ur “natty card” so just hop on and stop crashing ur hormone levels while looking like shit
