Fish faced gook in the first...way better in second

Though doublejaw is generally worth it if you have visible malocclusion ...

At the end of the day, if I were her age the process of doublejaw wouldn’t really be worth it..so I’d much more opt for a quicker fix like she did ..

I'm not saying that the results from paranasal implants are just as significant as those of double jaw surgery, but for people whose maxillas aren't severely and who aren't looking for an extreme anteface look, they give at least SOME improvement. @KEy21, if you had to ballpark it, how much improvement in maxillary projection do you think someone could get from paranasal implants as compared to that from LF1? Maybe 40-50%?

paranasal implants are quite small and usually thin and the area they are placed in has thick skin and soft tissue.. this is why the results are usually underwhelming.

compared to cheek implants where the skin and soft tissue is taut around the bone so even a 1mm thick implant is visible.

but back to the point i agree lefort 1 probably needed
