Not me. Porn's has nuthin on me! However. When I was single, ugh, I would jerk the o' monster off multiple times when I drank. And the porn! Yikes. So I had a routine to do those next mornings.

1) Don't look just delete all previous history.
2) Re-block exes on phone.
3) Uninstall dating apps. (You know there are gonna be messages waiting for you from land whales you settled for last night.)
4) Check SMS messages on phone and start blocking.
5) Disconnect your webcams, they're probably still live on air.
