I think this forum especially the Best of the Best section has a lot of useful and actionable advice for people actually looking to looksmax and self-improve. The issue is that the forum structure prioritizes shit posting and hides good content. When your mental health is shit it's difficult to ignore the shitposting and use the forum in a helpful way.

I agree. It's ironic that coping is seen as a very negative thing to do by many users here when in reality the act of being here is coping.

I think a lot of people would benefit from accepting that being here is cope/substitute for normal social interaction and that coping is not necessarily bad. Without coping it's difficult to be optimistic about the future and users in this forum aren't doing well on average. If you are depressed, unsuccessful in almost every aspect of life, and need years of work ahead of you to solve your issues the last thing you need is to demonize cope, and suck out the little hope you have left.
