I’m quite prone to body acne that scars even when dialled in on hygiene. I have some pimple scars that I got treated by my dermatologist but I know that if I hopped on test I’d blow up with skin issues.

It’s dose dependent but not likely to be as much of a problem. I know though body acne is more common with androgen use than general puberty which tends to be more face acne

Some are permanent look at the middle of his chest it’s literally a fucking crater.

I’m guessing he’ll have to go through rounds of corticosteroid injections followed by laser treatment and silicone gels. That is if he can afford it though, shuts pricey.

This he was prob on some retarded cycle like 500 mg of Test + 250 Tren a week. This is not going to happen on TRT dosages

The gains? If he get somehow sick and in need to be out of gym and trt for 1~2 months is all lost.

The Cons? Despite all efforts to fix his acne, the damage of the scarring he induced with this severe outbreak is done and is permanent. Roiding has too many drawbacks.

In the before his face was already very red, he was very likely suffering from moderate to severe acne before test, but in the after is extremely severe, looks like conglobata; nodular and cystic. I wonder how dumb someone need to be to go for trt instead of accutane in his case, epitome of low iq
