They could, and with increased focus on 'incel communities' they might decide to. If you ever commit a crime they could use post history here to try to upgrade with federal hate crime charges. Worse, if you are ever accused of a crime you did not commit, a jury will instantly decide you are guilty if they are told you post on an 'incel forum'.
