Not true... I am HTN and my MTN gf ticks all the above even before we became a couple. But you're right, it's becoming increasingly rarer especially depending on location such as UK or USA.

Maybe it's a location thing, I don't see HTNs doing well at all anywhere in Western Europe, not even getting MTBs really (let alone having them thirst). However the US is easier by some distance, in my opinion
