Yea, I'm planning on doing that eventually. I have to find a way to make some passive income so I don't have to work ever again. My Mom told me I can run all the rental properties she has, and we may all move back to the Philippines one day or something. Perhaps, I will find inner peace over there.

Yea, I imagine with enough focused effort I could probably amass a small fortune and retire comfortably in my forties.
