Reminder to drink 4l of water a day

When i started drinking 4l a day i felt way more energized and was able to think clearly drink 4ls a day but not ot once you can only process 1l a hour

but its really annoying to keep having to drink water and piss all the time so i just refuse

Lmao thats a way to put it you can just drink 1l at a time trought the day i usually piss it all out in 10-20 minutes

its like 2 pounds per litre which is probably double the price of regular milk

but its really tasty

i recommend trying even if you dont get it all the time
