If you eat a healthy diet, being skinny fat is impossible, you will have a natural amount of muscle and be in a lean range (10-15%), which is attractive to girls. That is why skinny-fat and fat is repulsive, it's only possible if you eat junk food which is only a recent issue.

If you have a healthy diet you will have enough muscle without training and will look good lean.
