have been taking vitamin d3 for the past 6 months from raw egg yolk and vitamin capsules and have noticed some changes

Brb increased mood (not been a rotting depressioncel since I’ve been taking them)
Brb increased immunity from flu ( haven’t had a cold since taking them)
Brb increased testosterone levels (haven’t measured t levels since taking them but I will do soon)
Brb decreased chance of cardiovascular disease
Brb improve memory
Brb develops bones and teeth (important if you’re a youngcel)
Im sure there are other benefits from taking them
