Eat in a defeceit of 1000 cals for a few months (2 or 3) gauruntee you’ll make it

nah tbh single digits is ideal for facial results. And cope tbh, hollows are genetic but you’ll be able to see facial bones the leaner you get

Yeah I was like about 15% some months ago, now maybe 19%. Will cut until about 10-12%.

What do you eat to fill full while being low calorie @Lev Peshkov? My ice cream pizza diet isn't the best at doing it(easy to binge on).

Whole foods

man example would be

1) scrambled eggs on toast breakfast
2) lunch is a toastie
3) dinner chicken rice combo (there are many)
4) snacks such as protein yoghurt and shakes

Nah not really,maybe for low bonemass cels…..
It really depends on your bones
I myself am 15-16% bf and my cheeks are poping and my jaw is sharp…..My bones were even visible at 18% bf

For most people 10% is plenty to have a lean face, there have been studies on it. Literally any 10% bf male will have a chiseled face however some people with better bones will have a chiseled face at 20% etc

there are exceptions to the rule

Good ideas. Sounds tasty enough to me.

Which is better for leanness and/or health: White rice or brown?
 
low carbmaxxing is also legit. a few weeks on keto and you'll drop at least 10lbs of water weight
