rest of the days im on a deficit and the days i workout im on mainteanance. twice is also perfect for me atm cos i have muscle memory and still have newbie gains to go so a bulk dont make sense nor does higher frequency

i only do upper body 2x a week. The day I workout I eat on a slight surplus or at mainteanance and the days i dont im on a 600 calorie deficit so thats half a kg bf lost in a week and around 3 kg lost in a month. I need to lose around 20 kg of bodyfat so its gonna take me around 6 months
