Removal of wisdom teeth causing recession/bone loss?

I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed, all 4 of them. The dentist said there was "crowding of the teeth" because of the wisdom tooths, its been something I've been pushing back a lot because there the discussion if removing the tooths causes recession and bone lost and other said that you'll look the same. I don't want to recesses duh so I'm looking for some opinions, I might also try and ask the dentist to ask insurance for a plate expander or Marpe. My maxilla is defiantly recessed as I'm Asian so my palate is narrow, I hope it can possibly project my nose a bit more and give my under eye some support. I have a little trouble breathing on one side of my nose than other so maybe I genuinely might need it too for more air support. I've heard people getting free Rhinoplasty from your nose breathing being uneven. But what's the opinion? I don't think crowding of the teeth is good neither... but recession? When my maxilla is already narrow is too much. I'll try to ask the dentist about marpe etc my crazy Asian mom isn't giving me much choice either so I might as well try and larp my way abit out of it.

They don’t hurt but the doctor is saying it’s causing crowding ik there’s bone loss when you take out the teeth but idk if that’s going to fully disturb my bone growth and I don’t want crowding of my teeth
