Hello, I have several moles on my body, already analyzed by the dermatologist and fortunately all benign, so he did not want to remove them.
They are quite small and round, but they bother me and I want to remove them; What substance can I apply to the skin to burn or make them fall off?

are they raised? or just flat. If they are raised and large I can see why you would want them to be removed, perhaps they are in an awkward location or maybe they even grow hair IDK. But before you get rid of them, consider that it could be aesthetically beneficial for your looks(me personally I have one on my face and i think it looks quite good). But in the case it IS really unwanted, look into laser removal, or even micro needling treatments to reduce their appearance.

I didn't know that microneedling could be used to remove moles.
Some are raised.

maybe find a different derm

But I was asking for home remedies, not advice to find another derm.
alot of home remedies are risky, you are removing a piece of flesh and theres risks. i guess you could DIY mole remove surgery but its probably out of your scope
