Hello, I had my wisdom teeth removed 3 years ago, and my face has changed since then. However, I've never been so serious about my meewing and oral posture.

Having my wisdom teeth removed causes bone resorption and a recession of the maxilla and mandible.

The worst part is that I didn't need to have them removed; they grew perfectly straight and had plenty of room. But since I had jaw pain, I thought that might be the cause, and the doctor just wanted his money, so he told me it was very likely that was the cause. A big mistake, because today I still have the same pain, in addition to having lost my facial structure.

The first photo is an X-ray taken 6 months after my wisdom teeth were removed, the second is 3 years later.

lol, indeed I was young and stupid I was not aware of lookmaxing and the fact that extracting teeth was bad for the facial structure, I did not even know what the correct tongue posture was and I spent my entire adolescence doing the opposite of what was necessary to mount, today I really feel the change in terms of beauty privilege from when I was less than 14 years old, with a good jaw, beautiful eyes and perfect ratios in my face
