removing 8 teeth for bsso (lower jaw surgery) or staying recessed?

this is my teeth and my xray (both from a year ago but i dont think it changed since im 20+ years old)


in the 2nd pic u can see my molar are aligned which fuck me up cuz normally when you’re an overbitecel that’s how they are on both side:

so id probably need to remove them + wisdom teeth if i wanna get bsso, is it worth it ?

my recession is like this: (im on the left in the morphed pics)

from front my chin is already super squared so i feel like getting genio only would ogremax me and i cant get bimax, surgeon told me my maxilla is fine and wont touch it

what should i do? removing all my teeth and praying it doesn’t fuck me up, staying recessed or risking genio?

ngl im not sure how much a bsso is gonna do to improve your front (what actually matters)- your chin projection is already masking your overbite quite well

it’s mostly the side profile and 3/4 that is impacted imo
it gives me super sloppy lower lips and mentolabial fold, the front also look squared but a bit short so i think bsso would be perfect but my 2 of my molars are aligned
