Removing black dots

I have always had this black dots in my nose, yes I got a better diet and the amount and frequency of them apearing reduced. However this mfs always come back. My mom got me this stickers that u stick on ur nose and then in 15 minutes u take em off and all black dots came out. Pretty effective but as anything I tried it’s temporary. Is there any permanent solution (no drugs) to get rid of em? Since I got a really good nose from the rhyno I want it to pop out even more. Thx
