just start reading a little at a time, I started with just reading 1 page a day until I built it up enough to actual be able to read books.

You can also try audio books as well.

I have adhd and then I get bored so fast. But yeah I will try again

I take them since I’m 5 but lately the side effects have been raping me. I’m at psychiatrist right now hahaha
