live in florida and wondering if i should rent a home or apartment. hate neighbors and im a very loud person so idk if i could deal with being above/below another person.

houses are like another 1k-2k so that isnt an issue to me.

not going to live in florida for any longer than 5 years. dont have enough to buy the house outright but i could rent.

Im young i got no experience but its kinda a no brainer ur gonna rent both if u have to money to freely be able to buy both a house is just better?

id have to take out a mortage (which are usually 30 years) and if market crashes then i owe the bank like 250k.

i could afford a mortgage but im not going to live in florida for 30 years, im already planning to move out within 5 to continue my business.
