rep helps the flow of information

from my time on .gg, i observed that information moved slower and was less prevalent when people weren’t repping, it just de-incentivized people to spread it, and resulted in the forums slow prolonged decline. all in all, i think an environment where rep is more proliferative allows information and knowledge to move quicker and more quickly in forums, as rep is how someone is judged.
