As we all know, except the greys, this site operates as a hierarchy. The hierarchy is formed based on the members' rep count as well as some contributing factors like post count and the leading factor behind rep count being the PTR ratio (aka. Post To Rep Ratio).

Most greys on org have a terrible PTR because they:
Having a terrible PTR in such a hostile forum like Looksmax.org is bad. It's terrible for your status since everyone will seriously look down on you.
Now, a terrible PTR can have multiple forms. It might be a less brutal form like a 0.9 or a 0.7 where the reps are just barely behind the posts because of other greyfags not repping them when replying.
However, a PTR can also be horrifyingly brutal. For example, it can be a solid 0.25 or 0.1, to the point where you're even awarded a badge described as "Disgusting, keep it up," only further motivating a move towards worse PTR. That's a discussion for another thread, though.
Repcism: Introduction
Now - repcism. Formed of two words: reputation and racism. Racism could be directly used but it could also be thought of as "discrimination".
Greys with low rep are often left without a reply, not given a rep or even spammed with "Ugh..." or "WTF" reactions that do acknowledge a read but not necessarily a positive one.
Since greys will be greys, they'll keep posting. Because of their low rep, people aren't motivated enough to rep them. As a result, the gap between posts and rep rises catastrophically fast. At low counts, getting a good PTR headstart matters a lot, since the "change" of PTR per rep/post changes a lot. This change of ratio becomes way smaller over time as increments now have a smaller total change percentually.

The above image represents the amount of change in ratio over time. With higher total posts and rep (further on the X coordinate), the vertical difference is smaller and smaller.
Unless you're retarded, you'll understand that with this, it's also clearly understandable that it's easier to pass a "crisis" era where you receive near to zero reps compared to posts (so for example 10 posts per rep)
Repcism: Why it's partially good
That also means this: a grey's terrible actions will reflect upon his PTR immediately. If a more well known member has similar problems, it won't matter nearly as much since he already has a strong PTR base. This, atleast in theory, encourages greys to either leave or lock the fuck in. Doing neither will mean total death of that grey's reputation here.
However, Repcism isn't always good. Since we already know that users with terrible PTR are often not given a rep, it means developing greys might be stuck on that same steep curve as observed earlier. No matter what he tries, his PTR will always be terrible and it's going to only get harder to escape the hole he's sunken into. Think of it as trying to avoid falling off an icy slope with plastic bags as your shoes - it won't help.
Repcism also has an opposite effect - we'll invent a word for just this: replove. Lots of org users tend to rep users with high PTR far more than in the opposite case. This means that someone who's successfully jestered hard enough will have enough momentum to simply keep climbing the ranks in this hierarchy while the grey falls in the opposite direction.
To sum the above: the rich get richer, the poor get poorer. Think of it as jews exploiting the untermensch to only further gain power.
TL;DR: Repcism is a concept where members with worse PTR will have a far harder time climbing out of a <1.0 ratio entirely due to the fact they're already in that hole, and members with higher PTR have massive momentum only further positively affecting their PTR and inflating it towards a "20 reps per post" ratio, for example.
The above pattern can be observed in higher-ranking users like Master who, despite only having ~900 posts, would be a grey, but due to their position here, they're looked upon as a God, hence the insane PTR.
