They are indeed uncomfortable. It is like wearing high heals.

BUT you GET USED to it. It was hard at first, now i do not even bother to change my shoes anywhere. Literally walk in elevator shoes everywhere except for the gym.

But the really nice thing is that if you wear insoles (vs elevator shoes), it is NOT NOTICEABLE. You just look like a dude with long legs. It is dimorphic. And also they are not noticeable EVEN with shorts...

If you are light (lean), it is around 1cm of compression for 6cm. SO 6cm lifts give 5cm.
