repeating cycle of looksmax

i try to looksmax for like 2 weeks
get a few compliments that i look leaner
still not getting girls and thinking its my personality
then forgetting about looksmaxing and getting fat
and repeat

I am starting to gymcel again tbh , today i curled 3 kg on my left and right for each 5 reps
