Replacement for oats in high cal shakes?

Have a food intolerance to oats and will be bulking soon.

Asked this on Reddit and they told me to use sugar jfl.

Any ideas what I can use to replace oats for a good carb in high cal shakes?

Yes, it is. Mainly because you'll also need to use much less than you'd use sugar considering it's a lot sweeter.

Don't think so. I can eat bread. Anytime I eat oats I get bloated and I get the shits
try ultra refined gluten free oat powder (i order from bulkpowders, idk where u can order from)

Seeds, whole fruits, quinoa, chickpeas, rice...
There is a few possibilities for healthy carbs, depends on your taste buddy

Damn it, glutten free oats is the only option or u going to need to megadose bananas, avocados, etc.

Oats are top tier carbs for bulk, it gives energy, it alsos bloat if u dont mind and keep all your muscles big.

Rice cakes or cream of rice are quick and easy carb replacements Or just add fruit.
