Replacing self destructive behaviour when stressed

So i study abroad and live alone and currently doing a STEM related bachelors degree, when i get overwhelmed within the day because of my studies or with general day to day issues i tend to resort to porn and competitive games to escape these feelings that i have, i already workout and do boxing 4 days a week, so i have something to channel my energy but i still fall back to those 2 habits.

Any advice would be appreciated.

im struggling with the same thing bro. literally only thing that works is deleting all those escapes. and then going out and haveing sex
