I'm trying to cut out all foods that could cause acne and now I'm on my protein. Currently I'm using regular whey protein, which does contain a little of dairy in it. It's an easy and fast source of protein and I don't want to give up on my shakes, so I'm thinking of replacing it with soy protein.
As demonized as it is, research shows that soy protein does not lower testosterone and provides the same benefits as whey protein. Thoughts?
