What’s up brother! Dude it’s so finished jfl. I lost half my hair from accutane in a year. I’m on fin + RU + minoxidil + tret + dermarolling. I literally have a years supply of dutasteride sitting around too that I haven’t started using yet either. Also I literally used mk677 as growth hormone to try and thicken up my hair and even started injecting HGH a month ago to try and get regrowth jfl. I quit but I still use everything else cage. I’m just gonna heavily focus on annihilating my scalp with dermarolling + regrowth protocol via minox and tretinoin.

At least I have no side effects from fin. I use it every day 1 mg and have been on for 5 months.

Yeah. I got telogen effluvium (stress induced hairloss) from accutane, then it progressed into my genetic male pattern balding. Essentially all the hairs started miniaturizing like crazy. It looks like I have diffuse thinning with a norwood 0. I had zero hairloss before accutane and my dad lost his hair at 40. I’m 20.

Yeah man the issue is I don’t have the appearance of any typical MPB. It looks like diffuse thinning. It’s just hella thin. I’m on every hairloss treatment that exists at the moment other than the weird shit. But I use RU58841 and fin + minoxidil so in the very least I’m doing everything possible.

The damage is done and I’m just glad I can use finasteride honestly. It could be way way worse. I feel your pain from hairloss bro. It’s brutal.

I hope you can reverse or atleast not lose anymore hair bro. Stay consistent with it and hope for the best. Worst case we go get ht together
