ive had pretty stubborn acne for about 3 years now give or take, and its been super resistant to all kind of treatments and courses ive taken, anyone know what a suitable % tretinoin gel theyd recommend for my situation? or even get 2 diff kind of tubes i guess, and how i should take them

In your situation i would use accutane
but if you want to use tretinoin i would start with 0.025% for a few days a week to let the skin slowly adapt to it and not to grape the skin barrier
then when ur skin gets used to it u can start doing every other day and increase the %
